TC Online FAQ:

Q: Can I use it on my phone and my tablet?

A: Yes, you can use it on multiple devices. You’ll have just ONE user name and password, so you can only use it on one device at a time.

Q. How will the keyboard work?

A: In the “tools” menu, select virtual keyboard. Shrink the remote desktop keyboard and go to tools and get the floating TC keyboard. Zoom + or – sizes it and you can drag and drop it anywhere you would like.

Q: Do I have to have to own the Truth Concepts Software to use the online version?

A: Yes. TC Online is offered as a supplement to our current customers, it is not sold as a “standalone” version.

Q: Do I have to be current on my annual renewal?

A: Yes. You’ll need to renew your license for any version of Truth Concepts to work.

Q: Will the dates for my annual renewal be the same for my online version?

A: No. Not unless you purchase the TC Online at the same time your renewal is due.

Q: If my regular software expires, can I keep my online access?

A: No, you must be current on the regular software.

Q: If I own Truth Concepts Lite or Real Estate Version, can I get the online access?

A: You must own the full version. We will be happy to give you the price for the upgrade.

Q: Will the renewal fee for the regular software cover the online version?

A: No, they are separate. One is for software licensing and the TC Online Access Fee is to cover our additional costs of maintaining and delivering TC on this new platform.

Since we determined through surveys the TC Online version would be used by less than half of our customers, it made more sense to offer that capability (and cost) to those who wanted it. For those who DO value the ability to use Truth Concepts online for their tablets, phones, or other devices, we are VERY pleased to be able to offer this additional service!
